摘要: Based on the framework of density functional theory, an exact time-dependent formalism is proposed for the transient heat current and transient STT using the non-equilibrium Green’s function (NEGF). The complex absorbing potential is introduced to speed up the algorithm so that the transient behavior of nano-devices can be analytically calculated. Moreover, a stochastic Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation has been derived in NM/FM/NM systems based on the NEGF and the magnetization dynamics in the Co film with Rashba spin-orbit coupling has been studied. The required minimal magnetic field can be significantly reduced when typical additional RSOC fields are introduced, which well explain the experimental observations.
